Platform Description

Maxsys International operates a platform that connects community organizations with local technology professionals ("Tech Stewards"). We facilitate these connections but are not a party to the actual service agreements between clients and Tech Stewards.

User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services

Tech Steward Requirements

• Must pass background check and skills verification
• Must maintain professional conduct and quality standards
• Must comply with local laws and regulations
• Must maintain appropriate insurance coverage

Platform Rules

Prohibited Activities

• Posting false or misleading information
• Attempting to circumvent our platform for direct payments
• Harassment or discriminatory behavior
• Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempting to hack or disrupt our services

Payment Terms

• Platform fees are clearly disclosed before transactions
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• Users are responsible for applicable taxes

Intellectual Property

The Maxsys platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by Maxsys International and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they create but grant us license to use it for platform operations.

Limitation of Liability

Maxsys International provides a platform for connections but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Tech Stewards. Users engage with each other at their own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time. Certain provisions of these terms survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
